Marion was 13 when she hung herself on February 23rd 2013. Who pushed her to the edge? Who’s responsible for separating a mother and her daughter? This malicious mechanism starts in the classroom where Marion is a brilliant student, the only one to stand up to bullies. It follows her in the schoolyard where she is constantly mocked and even back home on social media, up until the point of no return.
Marion left a letter, in which she confronts the classmates who bullied her. Her mother Nora is deeply hurt by this tragedy, but she overcomes it to uncover what happened and to bring justice for her child. Adapted from the true story told by Nora Fraisse, Marion 13 forever tells the fight of a mother to understand the unspeakable violence too many children still face at school.
